VIDEO EDITOR

We Teach League is looking for a video editor to join our team in our Melbourne CBD office.

The role consists of editing and producing both longform and shortform videos such as the Broken by Concept podcast and other content.

This person will collaborate with Charlie in day-to-day tasks to grow our brand and membership.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Editing for the We Teach League network including:

Longform videos for YouTube/Spotify
Shortform videos per day for YouTube/IG/TikTok
Product advertisements and marketing videos
Champion guides and other paid videos for our membership platform

Live producing of the Broken by Concept podcast and other live shows consisting of:

Camera operating/switching using OBS
Audio recording using OBS or Adobe Audition
Preparing and deploying graphics/video packages
Teleprompter operating
Collaborating on preparing titles, thumbnails and descriptions

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Excellent attention to detail and experience editing long and shortform videos
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, OBS and Photoshop
Experience editing for YouTube, TikTok, and other social media platforms
Familiarity with motion graphics, sound design, and color correction

This role will be evolving as we grow our channels and membership.

This is a full time paid position based in our Melbourne CBD office.

Systems and processes for all above tasks are already in place, and a period of training will be included in your employment.
