Password and Security

1. One Account Login

Each member has one We Will Teach You League account tied to their email address.

Use your email and password to log in to any program that you have an active subscription for.

2. Password Information

Important: Passwords on the platform are not encrypted. They are stored as plain text.

If you are changing your password, please choose a unique password that you don’t use for any other online accounts or services.

Member information is stored in a robust database CRM service called Active Campaign.

All payment information is encrypted and stored on Stripe (Credit Card) or Paypal.

3. Resetting Your Password

Option 1: Forgot Password

1. Go to your member portal login page from here
2. Click “Forgot Password?“

3. Enter your email address
4. Go to your inbox and find the email titled [ACADEMY] Password Reset (check your spam)
5. Enter your new password.

Password has been reset.

6. Login with your new details

When logged in you can change your password by going to the top right of the navigation bar:
